Return Privilege & Warranty Policy

At Jack Turner Watches, we stand behind every timepiece we produce. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer a 30-Day Return Privilege on all in-stock timepieces purchased directly from
jackturnerwatches.com. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your timepiece must be:
• Unworn and in original condition
• Returned in its original packaging with all included materials intact
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted and will be
returned to the customer.
Please note that Pre-Order purchases are binding and non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international sales are final, except in cases of manufacturing defects or warranty claims.
Please contact us before returning any item from outside the United States.
ACCESSORIES
All accessory sales (watch straps, pouches, and care items) are final. No refunds or
exchanges.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@jackturnerwatches.com with
your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with
return instructions.

WARRANTY
Every Jack Turner timepiece is backed by a 2-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
If your watch malfunctions within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to
you.
To submit a warranty claim, email support@jackturnerwatches.com with your order details
and a description of the issue.
The warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by accidents, mishandling, or abusive treatment
• Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts by third parties
• Water damage beyond the watch's stated resistance rating
• Damage caused by incorrect battery replacement
